In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "x388" / "Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to x388.club, the online casino and sports betting platform operated under an international gaming licence.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the x388 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual registered account held by a Player on the x388 platform, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Services" means all games, sports betting markets, live dealer products, promotional offers, payment facilities, and support services made available through x388.club.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, cashback amounts, or matched deposit bonuses credited to a Player's Account by x388.
• "Real Money Balance" means the PKR funds deposited by a Player into their Account that are not subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be bet before associated winnings may be withdrawn from an Account.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by x388 before processing withdrawals or as otherwise requested.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the sole currency in which x388 Accounts are denominated.

These Terms and Conditions govern the entire relationship between you and x388. By completing the x388 registration process, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them unconditionally.
• You have also read and agree to the x388 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the entire amount you deposit.

x388 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and maintain an x388 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. x388 does not permit persons under 21 to register, deposit, or participate in any game or betting market.
• You are a real person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting in your personal capacity.
• You are not resident in a jurisdiction where online casino gaming or sports betting is expressly prohibited by applicable law, and you have satisfied yourself that accessing the x388 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee or director of x388 or any of its software or payment service providers.
• You have not previously had an x388 Account suspended or terminated for violation of these Terms.

Each individual may hold only one (1) x388 Account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. x388 is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate registration information provided by a Player.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your x388 Account, including all bets, deposits, withdrawals, and communications made through your login session. Specifically:

• You must keep your login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party.
• x388 will never request your password by email, live chat, telephone, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from x388 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to x388 support immediately.
• If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify x388 immediately at [email protected]. x388 will take reasonable steps to secure the Account pending investigation.
• x388 accounts are strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of your Account or any balance within it to any third party.
• x388 reserves the right to impose additional security checks, including re-verification of identity, before processing withdrawals or account changes where unusual activity is detected.

x388 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and responsible gaming requirements. KYC verification must be completed before x388 will process any withdrawal request from a Player Account.

x388 may request the following documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photo identification document.
• Proof of Age: Any of the above documents confirming the Player is aged 21 or above.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months confirming the Player's registered address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation from your JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account confirming ownership of the payment method used to deposit.
• Source of Funds: Where deposits exceed defined thresholds, x388 may request documentation confirming the legitimate source of funds.

Failure to provide requested KYC documents within 30 days of the request will result in the suspension of withdrawal facilities. x388 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals or close an Account pending satisfactory completion of KYC at any time, including after winnings have been generated.

x388 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and 1LINK inter-bank transfers.

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. x388 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the x388 cashier at the time of deposit and may vary by payment method.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited to your x388 PKR balance within 60 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day depending on the originating bank's processing schedule.
• x388 does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges — these are your responsibility.
• x388 reserves the right to refuse or reverse deposits where fraud, money laundering, or Terms violations are suspected.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be fully completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Any active Bonus Funds or pending wagering requirements associated with a Player's Account must be satisfied before the relevant portion of funds becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the x388 cashier. These limits may vary by payment method and player verification status.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 4 hours during peak staffing hours (9am–11pm PKT). Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank are processed within 1 to 2 business days.
• x388 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual, including those that significantly exceed a Player's typical activity patterns.
• x388 does not charge withdrawal fees. Your receiving bank or wallet provider may apply their own charges.

x388 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to registered Pakistani players. The following general terms apply to all x388 bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who have completed KYC verification and whose accounts are in good standing.
• Each bonus is subject to a specific wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x). Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met in full.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live dealer games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage as specified in individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period stated in the individual promotion terms. Unused bonus funds and associated wagering progress will be forfeited upon expiry.
• x388 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering already in progress under that bonus is honoured to its conclusion.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting low-variance games to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in permanent Account suspension.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, household, IP address, or payment method.

All bets and wagers placed on x388 are subject to the following general rules, as well as any specific rules applicable to the individual game, market, or sporting event:

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by x388, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player, except where x388 offers an explicit cash-out or bet-cancellation feature and the Player exercises it within the permitted window.
• x388 reserves the right to void bets where a palpable error in odds, game configuration, or market pricing is identified — including but not limited to odds published due to technical error that are materially different from the fair market price.
• In the event of a disputed game outcome, the result recorded by x388's certified gaming system shall be final. x388 game logs are the authoritative record of all wagers, outcomes, and settlements.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the game or market interface at the time of betting.
• Cricket betting on x388 covers pre-match, in-play, and special markets for PSL, international fixtures, and global T20 leagues. In-play markets close automatically at specific points during a match; late bets will not be accepted after market closure.
• x388 is not responsible for bets placed under technical error by the Player, including accidental doubles, incorrect stake amounts, or selection of the wrong market.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the x388 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, subject to immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one x388 Account per person, household, device, or IP address.
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, scrapers, or any non-human means to interact with the x388 platform or to gain an unfair betting advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to obtain funds, bonuses, or free game rounds beyond those legitimately awarded.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any competitive game on x388.
• Using the x388 platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the x388 platform or its underlying software.
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent chargeback or payment reversal after funds have been used for wagering purposes on x388.

x388 actively monitors all accounts for signs of prohibited conduct and cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in Pakistan and internationally where required by applicable law.

All content on the x388 platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, data, and user interface designs — is the exclusive property of x388 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property law.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the x388 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works of any x388 content without prior written authorisation from x388.
• The x388 name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are registered or unregistered trademarks of x388. Unauthorised use of x388 trademarks is strictly prohibited.

x388 collects, stores, and processes personal data solely for the purposes of operating a licensed gaming platform — including account registration, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming monitoring. x388 does not sell personal data to third parties or use it for advertising unrelated to x388 services.

x388 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to Pakistani players seriously. x388 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years on all accounts and provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit caps, self-set by the Player and effective immediately upon application.
• Session Time Reminders: Automated pop-up notifications after predefined session durations to encourage awareness of time spent playing.
• Reality Checks: On-screen notifications displaying session duration and net win/loss figures at configurable intervals.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account access restrictions of 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 weeks, effective immediately.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, x388 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from a Player's own betting or gaming decisions, including losses arising from reliance on odds, statistics, or information displayed on the x388 platform.
• Interruption of service, technical failures, network outages, or delays in bet settlement arising from circumstances beyond x388's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider failures, power outages, or Pakistani mobile network congestion.
• Unauthorised access to a Player's Account resulting from the Player's own failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the x388 platform, howsoever caused.

x388's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

x388 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account, with or without prior notice, where:

• A Player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• x388 is required to do so by a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court order.
• x388 determines, in its sole discretion, that continuing to provide Services to that Player creates a legal, reputational, or financial risk.
• A Player's Account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more, subject to applicable dormant account procedures and any applicable unclaimed funds obligations.

A Player may request closure of their own Account at any time by contacting x388 support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account after deduction of applicable Bonus Funds will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which x388 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to x388's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected] with full details of the complaint.

x388 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days and will endeavour to resolve them within 20 business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved internally, x388 will direct the Player to the appropriate external dispute resolution body specified under x388's gaming licence conditions.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be contractually excluded.

x388 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, x388 will notify registered Players via email or via a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days prior to the change taking effect, except where an immediate change is required by law or regulatory direction.

Your continued use of the x388 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and contact x388 support to initiate account closure.
